General Usage Tips
It is highly recommended that all of the cameras used in a session are all at least 4th generation devices and all of the same type (i.e. all iPhone 4 or all iPod Touch 4G or higher) to ensure consistent video and audio quality.
CollabraCam is for use over a high-speed Wi-Fi network. When using CollabraCam in an area with several wireless networks, network activity may suffer from
Wi-Fi channel pollution.
CollabraCam requires a Wi-Fi network, but the network does not need an internet connection. A network can be provided by a corded wireless router, a battery powered wireless router, a mobile HotSpot device, iPhone or iPad HotSpot or an ad-hoc network (computer-to-computer).
If Auto-Lock is enabled, turn it off to ensure your device does not go idle during a session.
To avoid disconnection because of a call or a text put your device into airplane mode and manually turn Wi-Fi back on before starting a session.
