General Tips
Basic tips to get you up and running and produce your first video with CollabraCam™.
CollabraCam is compatible with iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPod touch (4), iPod touch (5), iPad 2, iPad (3), iPad (4) and iPad mini.

It is highly recommended that all of the devices used as cameras in a session are at least 4th generation devices and all of the same type (i.e. all iPhone 4 or all iPod Touch 4G or higher) to ensure consistent video and audio quality.

CollabraCam requires a Wi-Fi network, but the network does not need an internet connection. A network can be provided by a corded wireless router, a battery powered wireless router, a mobile HotSpot device, iPhone or iPad HotSpot or a computer-to-computer network.

When using CollabraCam in an area with several wireless networks, network activity may potentially suffer from Wi-Fi channel pollution.

If Auto-Lock is enabled, turn it off before you begin to ensure your device does not go idle and lock during a session.

To avoid disconnection due to a call or a text put your device into airplane mode and manually turn Wi-Fi back on before starting a session.
